Jabil Authorizes New Stock Repurchase Program

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Jabil Circuit, Inc. (NYSE:JBL) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $100 million worth of shares of the Company's common stock. This share repurchase program expires on August 31, 2015. The shares will be repurchased from time-to-time in the open market at the Company's discretion and subject to market conditions and other factors. The Company's current repurchase authorization of $200 million is anticipated to be completed by August 31, 2014.
